All charts have been updated.

In general "days on the market" went up, which means we're starting to sell some stuff that's been setting on the market for a *long* time. Also land prices continue a progression upwards, and home prices dropped just a hair.
Greater White Mountains Area

For Show Low land prices are up, and home prices continue to go down, and the percentage of listings sold is still better than it was this time last year.
Show Low

In Snowflake/Taylor the number of listings sold is up except when it comes to land. According to my research *one* parcel of land sold in the last quarter, and at the same time 32 homes sold.
Snowflake/Taylor

5 pieces of land were sold in White Mountain Lakes in the last quarter, where 3 of those 5 had been on the market for over 1300 days.

The percentage of land listings sold went up nicely in Concho, all of which were 9 acres or more, except one.

So land seems to be on the rise, homes appear to be holding steady, and the listings are beginning to move. You never know what could happen tomorrow, but for now it seems real estate is doing better.

I've updated the quarterly numbers for all the areas we've been watching here, so you can now go check out the ones you're interested in:
