This is one where I messed up on the lighting, but when I was going through this set of pictures a second time I kinda’ liked it.
My daughter said “it looks like Australia at sunset”. I’ve never been to Australia, but this area has always reminded me of what I’ve seen of Australia on TV, with the red soil, rocky terrain, and cedar trees.
Standing on the 12th tee of the Snowflake Golf Course, April 14, 2008. Not bad for the middle of April right?
Snowflake has a 9 hole course, and an 18 hole course. The 18 hole plays around the Mormon temple. I’ve played both with my son, and I like both. The full course seems to play a little harder than the half, but both are fun and very pretty.
Snowflake does a very good job with their greens.

The rise on the left is Black Mesa.
This is Really our main office. Located about 6 miles East of Snowflake.

What a beautiful day! It would be a great day to take some pictures, except I need to be in our town office to cover the floor. I may have to take off a little early though, and see if I can get some pics of a listing that I just took.
Check out the grass in this photo. It’s starting to green up here, you can see the trees are starting to bloom as well.
When I say I’m in the town office, this is where I’m at. Our office is that part on the left, the majority of the building on the right is used by the Snowflake / Taylor Chamber Of Commerce.
