Exactly how far is the water and power from this lot? Are there any zoning restrictions in this area?

There is power and water to these lots Brandon.
The only zoning restrictions I know about are that I believe the owner is going to deed the land so that manufactured homes will have to be double wide.
I’ll need to ask you a couple questions before I go to the owner. This is because the owner has not said they would carry a note, so contact me (through the contact form)and I’ll go to work and find out if it would be possible to work something out.
