This is a very clean and well maintained single wide 2001 manufactured home on 37 acres of some of the best looking country around. If the views from your kitchen or living room are important to you, you really should take a look at this one. This land also borders state land where some of the best scenes originate.

The house and property are both very clean. There’s a 20′ x 30′ shop that’s been built in an area where it’s not visible from the house, and is probably 5 or 6 hundred feet from the house. This makes it nice when you want to go out to the shop and make some noise, without disturbing the rest of the family.

There is wheel chair access to both the front and the back of the home, as well as to the shop. This is a very nice feature if you or someone in the family, or someone you love, uses a wheel chair, it’s already set up. Water pressure seemed real good to me when I turned the faucet on.

The property is about 5 miles from the highway, but the roads getting here are surprisingly good. It’s my understanding that the owner and surrounding property owners get together and hire someone to blade the road once a year, which really makes a big difference.
