This is another really good deal. It’s about 8 tenths of a mile away from the highway in Apache county, but probably the best way in is 1.3 miles from the highway. The roads from the highway are about half - excellent, and the other half - decent. I can do it in my 2 wheel drive. This land is approximately 8 miles from Concho, 25 from Show Low, and 23 from Snowflake.

This is one of the best deals out there. The price is very nice, and it’s only about 12 to 13 miles from Snowflake. The land has a gentle slope, and should be great for building on. Lots of trees on this one, and the views are wide open out here.
This is one acre in the tall trees, close to Pinedale, in Navajo county, approximately one mile from highway 260. Roads in and out are good. Show Low is approximately 15 miles away. Clay Springs is 3-4 miles away. Clay Springs has a gas station and a post office. The gas station has a few items, but you will probably do your grocery shopping in Show Low.

River Meadows Ranch is a large subdivision, with large parcels of land. The association collects dues at $160 per year for this piece. From what I’ve seen they use that money to maintain the roads, and for up keep on the large well they have there, for the purposes hauling water, which is for anyone who is in the association to use.

One acre , good flat land, and heavily treed. Very pretty piece. This one is going to be closer to Show Low, approximately 13 miles. This is 38.7 acres. This property has outstanding views,well away from civilization. When I drove it my trip meter said 9.3 miles from the highway. This would be an excellent place to put a cabin, to have the option of getting out of the heat in the summer time, or have a place to go after hunting.
