Hello, my name is Scott McKinnis. Thanks for visiting. I’m a Realtor in the White Mountains of Arizona, and my license is with Integrity Realty & Associates LLC. Joel Lawson is my designated broker, and the owner of Integrity.
This web site exists for the purposes of advertising my own listings, as well as a conduit to search the White Mountain Multiple Listing Service. By doing this I hope to find a place in your heart, and hope you will use me as your Realtor when you decide to buy or sell your home or land.
How to use this site:
- Click on one of the listing headers, it will take you to the post/page about that property. There you will be able to read more about the property, see more pictures, and get an idea of the roads in and out of the area. This is important because in this area, some land, and some homes are quite far from civilization.
- To view the pictures click one and it’ll enlarge, then you can hit the arrow button to continue to the next picture. Or you can click on the “show as slideshow” link, this will show the pictures as a slide show somewhat bigger than they are on the page by default.
- Each property should have a price as well as an MLS number. There should also be a link to a map of where the property is. I also try to make a point of whether the owner will carry a loan on the property, for those interested.
- If you don’t see anything in my listings, look to the right hand column for the links to search the MLS. There are three links for three different ways to search. Try the first one, unless you have an address or MLS number.
I believe this will be an excellent source for those interested in the area, and I hope to be updating and upgrading continually, so keep checking back here.
