Where can you still find a large lot like this with power for $12,600? I just did a search on our local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and found this lot to be the lowest price for this neighborhood. The next property up on the search is asking $16,500 for a half acre piece.

This land is approximately 1 mile from the highway, on good roads that are well maintained. This area is growing quickly, and there are some nice homes coming up here. This is probably eight miles from the Snowflake municipal golf course, that’s always a plus right? There is also a wood molding mill approximately a half mile away, but I didn’t notice any noise from there, and you can’t really see it either. Another thing about the area is that the paper mill is probably 5 or 6 miles to the West, which would make it an ideal spot for someone who works at the paper mill.
