This is another really good deal. It’s about 8 tenths of a mile away from the highway in Apache county, but probably the best way in is 1.3 miles from the highway. The roads from the highway are about half - excellent, and the other half - decent. I can do it in my 2 wheel drive. This land is approximately 8 miles from Concho, 25 from Show Low, and 23 from Snowflake.

Power appears to be a mile or two away, but with the price being what it is, alternative power would be an excellent option. According to the county there is no flood zone, but there is a drainage channel that runs along the east end of the property.

There are some nice views of the valley below and where the land rises on the other side of the valley. You also have some good views of the mesas to the south. I really didn’t see much to spoil the view in any direction here.

I’ve gotten better at my photography, and have a better camera since I took these pictures, so I’ll try to get out there sometime soon and get some new pics of the views and the land.
