38.7 Acres At Mesa Redondo
This is 38.7 acres. This property has outstanding views,well away from civilization. When I drove it my trip meter said 9.3 miles from the highway. This would be an excellent place to put a cabin, to have the option of getting out of the heat in the summer time, or have a place to go after hunting.
This property is in Apache County. Out on the road that goes by A to Z Tanks. I used my little 2WD Ranger to get there, but it would be advisable to take a 4X4. Sense I was out there last, I’ve been told one of the washes you have to cross, is in pretty bad shape. But I do have good news, 
there may be a better way in there which I’ll have to scout out before I say for sure.
There are a couple homes in the area, but they are probably a 1/2 mile away, or better. This property is approximately 20 miles from Snowflake / Taylor, and maybe 30 miles from Show Low, depending on which way you go.
The land sits on a gentle slope up against Mesa Redondo. There is no power in the area so alternative power would be the way to go on this land. Also you would need to drill a well for water, or haul it.
