This is going to be closer to Show Low, than Snowflake, so Show Low is probably where you would do the bulk of your shopping, but there are a few places to eat in Concho Valley, as well as a convenience store / gas station.

Snowflake is about 35 miles away, and Show Low 25 - 30 miles, so not a big difference in mileage, but Show Low has the bigger stores like Home Depot, Lowes, and Wal-Mart. The location is nice because the golf course is only about a mile away! I wonder if they would let me drive a golf cart from the property to the golf course? Might save some gas. Hmmmm…….
