This chart represents a percentage of listings that sold in each quarter since the third quarter in 07. Along the bottom you'll see those quarters at each point. The left side is the percentage that sold. As you can see, our first quarter this year was pretty rough, but so far this quarter we're set to double last quarters numbers.
