This is the larger picture of what happened in land sales for 2008 compared with 2007. This looks to be just a bit better than what I showed you for the Snowflake / Taylor area...but not by much I'm sorry to say.


In this post I want to go back and show you the larger picture of the White Mountain area residential sales statistics for 2008, compared with 2007. Basically this will include from Springerville to Heber and from Holbrook to Lakeside, and all areas in between.


In this area people sometimes find they have neighbors they didn't know they'd have. Most of the land outside the municipalities are in what is known as "Open Range".
