In general "days on the market" went up, which means we're starting to sell some stuff that's been setting on the market for a *long* time. Also land prices continue a progression upwards, and home prices dropped just a hair.

Days On The Market:

• Blue = Land
• Red = Homes
• Left Scale = Days
• Bottom Scale = Quarter - Year

Home prices for the listings that sold in the second quarter for: the larger White Mountains area, Show Low, Snowflake/Taylor, White Mountain Lakes, and Concho respectively.

• Blue = Average Price Paid
• Grey = Average Asking Price
• Left Scale = Price
