In general "days on the market" went up, which means we're starting to sell some stuff that's been setting on the market for a *long* time. Also land prices continue a progression upwards, and home prices dropped just a hair.
Greater White Mountains Area
Point 2 Agent is a company that helps Realtors sell properties by leveraging the internet in a very smart way. I'm not an expert on what all Point 2 actually does, but one thing I know they do, is real estate syndication, and from what I've seen they do that very well. They're the biggest real estate syndication outfit I know of.
I was out at White Mountain Lakes the other day. While I was there I thought I'd shoot some video for those who've never been.

Apache County Individual&Property rights
In this neck of the woods APS or Arizona Public Service, is pretty much the power company for Navajo county, a county in which I have a lot of my listings, and the county I live in. Over the past year or so, APS has changed some things about how they do business with the public.
This is the larger picture of what happened in land sales for 2008 compared with 2007. This looks to be just a bit better than what I showed you for the Snowflake / Taylor area...but not by much I'm sorry to say.
