Concho Valley Subdivisions Spread Sheet

Don Beyner from Fedora Properties (This site is an excellent source for maps of the Concho Valley subdivisions) and Concho Lake AZ Blog, asked the other day if I would help put together a spread sheet on the subdivisions in Concho Valley. After seeing what he was up to, I gladly said OK, because I think it will be very helpful for anyone interested in the area. So here it is, Don had it all put together, except for the MLS numbers, which I filled in. Hope this will be helpful to some of you.

  • Note: As you review this watch the Electric, and Water columns in correlation with the prices.

I believe we’re going to try and update this on a monthly basis. Pretty nice to have all the info in one place huh? Great idea Don!

If you’d like to see what I’ve been so busy with, that I haven’t been blogging here enough of late, go here: Land & Homes On The Mountain I believe this site will grow to be another excellent source for people interested in the area. Keep an eye on this site because I’ll be writing about the really good deals that are out there, whether they happen to be my listings or not.

While I’m on the subject of being busy, I wanted to say that my business seems to have picked up over the past 3 or 4 weeks - not an excuse for not writing here, just a heads up for those interested! :D

Area Primed For Investers And Smart Buyers

The other day I went out to find a listing in Concho Valley. (The picture above is one of the views that comes with the listing I took, pretty cool huh?) Concho Valley is close to Concho proper, but it has a couple extras, a golf course and a lake. The developers have been building in here for quite a while now, and things are really starting to come together here.

I’ve seen Concho Valley from the road for quite a few years, and I’ve watched it grow quite a bit, but I’ve never really spent much time there. Friday it was a little overcast but I always have my camera with me, and I hope I can help you see a little of how pretty it is there.

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to go on a bit of a tour of the area with Don from Fedora Properties, which was very interesting. Don has maps. Don showed me a lot of these subdivisions and how much they’ve been built up. Many are ready to build on, with power and water. All within walking distance from the lake or golf course. I’ve never golfed this course, but it’s an 18 hole golf course, and very pretty from all that I’ve seen.To the right of this picture and right next to the golf course is a natural spring that feeds the lake, that is concho lake.

I believe this area is just now starting to grow, and at some point soon it will be, the place to be. What I found interesting is how affordable these pieces are. Whether you’re looking for a good investment piece or something to build on, this would be the time, before everyone else finds out how affordable it is.

To be right on the golf course you’re going to pay a little more, but they are still very affordable for what they have to offer. What more could you ask for, besides golfing and fishing outside your back door, with mountains all around?

There are already quite a few homes that have gone up in here. If you get a chance I would recommend taking a detour through the area and checking on the progress.
