This is an overview of what the asking prices are in the Concho Valley subdivisions to date. This is something I’m doing with Don & Carol over at Fedora Properties. We did this last month, and I believe this will continue to be a great resource for those interested. I know I look back on these charts all the time to see what has power, or water, or what’s on the golf course. This is something I’d never been able to do by myself. I don’t do much advertising on this blog, so I hope that those of you who are not reading this blog to learn about the area, will not hold this one against me. But I know for a fact that there are people wanting to move to the area, and that read this blog to find out about the White Mountains and to see if I am someone they want to work with. And I think that this is a property that those people aught to know about.

This is 80 acres that is east of town about 20 miles and only about 1.3 miles from the pavement. There are not a lot of trees on this piece but it has a nice view with a gentle slope. It is fenced as an 80 acre piece but the owner will sell a 40 acre piece, if that is what you want.
