THE MOUNTAIN

This is an overview of what the asking prices are in the Concho Valley subdivisions to date. This is something I’m doing with Don & Carol over at Fedora Properties. We did this last month, and I believe this will continue to be a great resource for those interested. I know I look back on these charts all the time to see what has power, or water, or what’s on the golf course. This is something I’d never been able to do by myself. Don & Carol have years of research compiled here.

I thought I should let you see more of the beautiful snow while it still exists. Some of you in the valley never see the stuff, and I know you must miss it, so I’m doing my good deed for the day.

The one below is of the cornfield on the East side of Snowflake. This is a very pretty area with very nice homes to go with it.

Pretty nice huh? If you’re in someplace like Phoenix or Tucson, let me tell ya’, you’re missing out! As I write this, the snow is melting very quickly here in Snowflake, but my guess is, there’ll be plenty of snow up on the ski resorts for a long time yet. This must be an outstanding year for ski buffs here!

So what do you think of the new look on The Mountain? Does it work? It seems to me like it should be good for navigating, with the link bar on the top and the bottom I would imagine it should be easy to find what you’re looking for, but I’d like to know what you think.
