This is a beautiful home on 20 acres, bordering state land, with great access, ideal for horse owners. The home is a 2100 square feet double wide manufactured, 2X6 construction, with 3 extra large bedrooms and 2 baths, only 2 tenths of a mile from the pavement. Lots of extra features go with this home.

The floor plan is nice and open. The kitchen, dining room, and living areas all feel like one big room. The kitchen has just been updated to use space better. The island which incorporates a breakfast bar, has a new granite top. The cupboards were rebuilt with solid oak doors & fronts, and the drawers were built extra deep to accommodate large pots and pans.

The home is heated with normal forced air propane heating, but there's also a pellet stove which the owners enjoy better because of the savings in money for propane, and because it outputs a nicer / warmer heat. Cooling is via electric refrigeration.

As you should be able to see in the pictures here, there is a deck in front and another in the back of the home. These were built last year. The one in front is left open, which is nice for things like star gazing. The deck in back is covered, which is great if you like to watch the rain during a monsoon, and enjoy the cool damp air.

All the buildings, livestock pens, and gardens are completely fenced inside an area of approximately 4 1/2 acres. There are four buildings on this property besides the home, a very nice shop, a tool shed, a well house, and a chicken house big enough to have a plant starter room in it. Including the home, all but the chicken house have new matching metal roofs.

The shop was completed in 2005 and is a 25' X 36' detached metal building with a large overhead door. Electricity is in the process of being hooked up to the shop now.

The tool shed is 8' X 10', and the well house is 8' X 8' which makes it big enough to handle some extra storage. The well house is also insulated to keep things from freezing in the winter. These two buildings were built in 2003.

The 12K Watt backup generator is fueled by propane, and set to kick on should the power fail.

The main garden is 51' by 45', which has it's own fencing. The alpaca pens and chicken house are in an area of their own, and together they take up about a half acre inside one corner of the main fenced area, about 140 feet from the home. Directly behind the home there's an herb & rose garden with a trellis, and a bench swing. A great spot for enjoying the cool mornings and evenings that we enjoy here.

All the fencing looks to have been well built. The land outside the main fenced area is fenced on two sides. The South side which borders state land is not fenced, and the West side isn't fenced except on the far side of the neighboring parcel. As it happens that neighboring 20 acre parcel is also available. Please see: http://scottmckinnis.com/9211-miller-trl

Although I don't own horses, it seems to me this would be a perfect horse property. You would probably need to build a shelter for horses, but I think the fencing being used now for the alpacas would be great for horses. The access along the back to state land would be excellent for riding.

The high tension power lines you may be able to see in some of the photo's are approximately a half mile away.

You really need to see this place to appreciate all that's here. The roominess of the home, the area, and the way things are laid out are three things this property has going for it; words on paper (virtually speaking) and some pictures can't do it true justice.
