This property is probably 10 miles from Show Low, and about the same distance from Taylor.

The main lake is maybe a mile from here. There are also two golf courses in White Mountain Lakes, Juniper Ridge and Silver Creek. My son golfed Silver Creek and said he liked it, but I've not golfed either course yet.

"Lake privileges" from my understanding, means you get to use the lake for fishing. It is a private lake, so I don't think you need a fishing license as long as you have lake privileges, but people who don't aren't allowed.

There are CC&R's (Covenants Conditions & Restrictions) that go with ownership, but as far as I know White Mountain Lakes is unique in that at least in units one and three (these are the units I've done some research on), no one pays dues.
